We recommend 2-3 months prior, when possible. We are able to work on much shorter timelines, but to secure your desired date we do suggest planning ahead.

We provide white folding chairs, tables, and linens to accommodate 30 guests. Early access for set up, kitchenette use, add-on experiences available, designed for your vision, daily/hourly/per guest pricing available, hosting assistants, outdoor vendors allowed.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due by the start of your event.

You have the ability to extend your rental period - we will check availability and invoice you on a flat 30 minute extension fee.

Please note the following:

• -50% non-refundable deposit due to secure your date.

• Full Balance is due by the Start Time of your event.

• Many services/items included in our rental agreement, please see “What is included with my rental?” Question above.

• No event will start prior to 6 a.m. or last longer than 9:30 p.m.

• Service Animals are the only permitted animals on the premises.

• We are a no-smoking/vaping facility.

• Clean-up fee may be assessed for failure to tidy space adequately (trash, personal belongings removed, etc.).

• Alternatively, a clean-up service can be added to your rental.

Your rental package includes access to our party decor. We have a wide variety of options, and we can discuss themes and ideas to help you bring your vision to life.

Feel free to bring your own decorations, but please use non-damaging materials like wall tape or twist ties.

Personal decor must be removed by the end of your event. You can use candles and confetti, but sparklers are not allowed.

Outside vendors are permitted if they are listed in the rental agreement.
