Meet Our Team
At The Collective, we believe finding your wedding gown should feel just as special as the day you wear it.
Our team is built on heart, experience, and genuine care. We are here to guide, encourage, and celebrate you — whether you’re stepping into a bridal boutique for the first time or returning with sisters, friends, or generations of family.
Every bride who walks through our doors becomes part of our story and we are honored to be part of yours.
Lindsey Durham
Lindsey brings over a decade of experience in relationship-driven client care and a deep love for helping women feel confident from the inside out. After years in the beauty industry building lasting trust and connections, she stepped into bridal with one purpose: creating a space where every bride feels seen, supported, and celebrated.
Taking ownership of Kiss the Bride was more than a business decision — it was a calling rooted in legacy, community, and heart. Lindsey is honored to continue the boutique’s foundation while thoughtfully shaping its future through curated collections, elevated experiences, and genuine connection.
Owner | Lead Stylist
Cheryl Carlton
With over seven years of experience alongside the original owner, Cheryl is truly the heart of this boutique. Her passion is, first and always, the bride. Warm, encouraging, and endlessly enthusiastic, Cheryl has a gift for making every bride feel confident, celebrated, and completely at ease.
Known for her expert eye for fit, fabric, and detail, Cheryl builds lasting relationships with brides and families who often return years later through referrals from those she once helped. During one of the boutique’s hardest seasons, she helped keep everything running with grace, loyalty, and strength — preserving the heart of the shop when it mattered most.
Senior Bridal Stylist
Bridal StylistBri Rogers
Fresh out of college with a Marketing degree from Eastern Kentucky University, Bri joined The Collective in the most serendipitous way — while shopping for a wedding dress with her best friend. During the visit, she mentioned that working in bridal was her dream job, and Lindsey replied, “I think I am hiring.”
Bri followed up before Lindsey even had the chance to call, and that initiative spoke volumes. A lifelong fan of bridal fashion and Say Yes to the Dress, Bri now gets to live that dream every day. Whether she’s helping brides find the one, organizing inventory, or steaming new arrivals, her energy and passion shine through in every appointment.
